Congratulations to Mr Chow Hoi Yan (BBA(Law)&LLB 3), Ms Kwan Wei Ling Chloe (PCLL), Ms Ng Yi Lam Karla (LLM(HR)), Mr Zha Wenbin (JD 1), and Ms Zhai Wanting (PCLL) for winning the Best Legal Service Award at the 13th Asia-Pacific Enterprise M&A Moot Competition. Zha Wenbin awarded the Best Performance of the Year and Zhai Wanting awarded the Best Team Member Award.

This year’s competition, co-hosted by the Wuhan University School of Law and China Mergers and Acquisitions Association (CMAA), was held in Wuhan on 20 April 2026. This competition pits a total of sixteen top law schools from mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau in corporate merger negotiation based entirely on real-life companies. Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong hosted this competition in 2018.
