On 25 October 2025, we welcomed students and parents to HKU Information Day — a day to explore the life of a law student at HKU, discover diverse professional pathways, and experience the vibrant community that defines HKU Law.

From admissions talk and student sharing to a live moot court that brought legal reasoning to life, every activity was filled with energy and purpose. Mini law lectures offered a taste of the intellectual rigor behind legal education, while our faculty and student ambassadors answered questions about admissions and the legal mindset that drives success in law school and beyond.

On 15 November 2025, the HKU Law admissions team joined the HKU Undergraduate Admissions Information Day in Shenzhen, meeting students, parents, and teachers from the Greater Bay Area to share the unique strengths of HKU Law, its diverse curriculum, and the exciting opportunities ahead.

Professor Marco Wan, our Admissions Tutor, delivered an inspiring talk that explored the distinctive features of our programmes, the breadth of learning experiences, and the career pathways that await future legal professionals.

We were proud to have our student ambassadors, Ms Cathy Mao (LLB 4) and Ms Charlene Lau (LLB 1), who once walked the same path from mainland high schools to HKU Law, proving that ambition knows no borders and that HKU Law is where opportunities meet determination.
