The CRFA Mentorship Programme is organized by the Compliance and Regulation Fellowship Association (CRFA), a group of passionate postgraduate students from LLM(CR) programme who aim to foster a positive culture of compliance across the society and to nurture compliance talents to meet the needs of Hong Kong.

In February 2024, the Mentorship Programme called for undergraduate mentees from the Faculty of Law. Volunteered mentors include professionals from regulatory, compliance, finance, banking and law enforcement areas with around 6-10 years of working experience. About 40 mentees were selected and each was paired with a mentor based on their indicated preferences on mentor’s background. The mentor-mentee ratio is generally 1:2.

The Kick-off Event of 2024 CRFA Mentorship Programme was successfully held on 26 March 2024, where Prof. Hualing Fu (Dean, Faculty of Law), Prof.  Syren Johnstone (Executive Director, LLM in Compliance & Regulation Programme) and over 40 mentors and mentees gathered together to share their aspiration on the development of compliance and regulation industry in Hong Kong.
