2025 香港大學-北京大學法學年會: 全球化變動與AI發展影響下的法治圖景 (HKU-PKU Annual Conference on Legal Studies 2025)
2025 香港大學－北京大學法學年會圓滿舉行 全球化變動與AI時代的法治挑戰（The Rule of Law in the Context of Globalization Changes and AI Development） 2025年12月13日，由香港大學法律學院與北京大學法學院聯合舉辦的「2025年香港大學－北京大學法學年會」在香港大學法律學院成功舉辦。本次年會以「全球化變動與AI發展影響下的法治圖景」為主題，匯聚了兩校二十餘位專家學者，連同主會場、直播分會場近200名參會者，共同探討在人工智能迅猛發展及全球地緣政治格局深刻變革的背景下，法治建設面臨的新機遇與新挑戰。 研討會紀要 會議開幕式由香港大學法律學院副院長趙雲教授主持。在歡迎致辭中，趙雲教授對來自北京大學法學院遠道而來的10位參會老師致以熱烈的歡迎與誠摯的謝意，並回顧了兩院合作的悠久歷史，指出今年已是雙方合作的第26個年頭，雙方在學術研究及人才培養上的聯繫日益緊密。隨後，香港大學法律學院院長傅華伶教授在致辭中引用「有朋自遠方來，不亦樂乎」及「高山流水遇知音」等典故表達了對北大同仁的熱烈歡迎，並期待兩院合作持續深化。北京大學法學院院長郭靂教授則回顧了兩校在雙學位項目、交換生項目上的豐碩成果，並寄語年會「邁向未來Forever Young」，期望雙方的學術友誼薪火相傳，共同應對新時代的法治命題。 本次研討會分四個專題展開研討 […]
